I'm posting this in case anyone else has a similar problem and may find it helps.
Ok so its not the prettiest but it appears to work.
I am inbetween sizes with harness's so the seat harness I got ran out of adjustment with the leg straps and I couldn't get it tight enough to stop it giving me a wedgy..
I started out by taping with electrical tape a few strips of closecelled foam ( camping Karrimat type stuff) to the straps to bulk them out. It worked to a degree but it still wasn't enough plus the straps would want to sit at weird angles and I'd have to reseat them.
Then I thought of putting some foam cylindrical stuff over that..I was hoping to just push it on like you do when you want to pad bicycle handlebars but the buckles were too big to fit through so I cut it and taped it.
It works! Not perfect as I find if I really try and tighten it to maximum sometimes the clips come apart.I'm assuming that may be because the angle of attack is a bit different..? I think if I back off the tightness a bit it still works pretty well.
How tight are you supposed to have your leg straps in a seat harness?

I suppose I could put on a few more kilos but I think I prefer this solution.... Actually when I bought it I was fatter than normal so the problem will only get worse as I lose weight! ( I'll still be too big for the next size down though..)

I once had a mate tear up all the leather on my Dakine, so I glued some Army canvas on and stuck an AC/DC badge on it. Was pretty Rock'n'roll..

That's a good idea!!!, I've got the very same problem and I don't know if happen to you but the leg adjustments in my harness (also a Prolimit) get lose gradually... after a few powered runs I have to stop and readjust them which is very annoying...

I'm still getting used to mine.I have a bit of a problem tightening them due to the overstrap they feed through - probably to keep them aligned properly. The clips have to be fed under that when you get to the end of the adjustment- you have to lift it up and I find that makes it hard to get that last bit..It may also be the reason they come apart under pressure when I really pull them on. I think if I find that remains a problem I might try and have the over strap made a bit roomier so it doesn't restrict the access of the buckle as I pull it tight.
You can see the strap I am talking about on the LHS leg strap on the last pic.
Ps - I'm glad you've found it helpful!

The leg straps don't need to be tight, they are just for positioning.
But whatever works for you...

Mine is fine without any adjustments.

Someone found it useful so thats good enough for me. It wasn't the 'wedgy' so much as the fact that the harness wouldn't work properly as it kept riding up too high. The wedgy term was just used to inject a bit of humour.
