For anyone who still has rigging woes, have a look at these great youtube clips from North Sails, done by pro Nik Baker and the product manager from North Sails:

Obviously mostly relevant for North gear (especially if you have the power GTX ratchet extension) but acquiring some North kit together with these videos has allowed me to finally 'nail' rigging and concentrate on the windsurfing itself!
And I'd never appreciated how much a really well rigged sail could make such a big improvement in performance on the water.
