That's simple enough. Get rid of the pole, and pump up the sleeve like the kiters do. No more nose damage from catapults, or mast snaps in the breakers. A few guys wires (some of those trained spiders will take care of this) along the length of the sleeve down to your harness should reduce the necessary air pressure to keep it stiff.
