Recently I just got my grubby hands on the new Tushingham Rock
In winds around the 15-20 knots Im usually cranking out my trusty 5.7m Rock but having a new sail I just wanna use it all the time. Its been quite hot the last week and looks like the forecast is much the same with light seabreezes but as I have been rigging up my new sail I somehow got this song in my head and continue to sing it while windsurfing. This has happened for the past few weeks now. Its not a bad thing. Great song and sick sail. Review of sail coming shortly.

Sometimes i have banquet by bloc party in my head (because ive just watched the windsurf movie)
but the other day i had ROCK LOBSTER by the B-52's stuck in my head!

Rocket - what a great song. They opened with it when they played live in november, and it was phenomenal.
I get all sorts of weird songs stuck in my head when I'm out windsurfing. The captain planet theme song, anyone?
I'm not proud of that.
Sometimes when I sail I just start singing, making weird stuff up as I go along...
If I make an album, will you guys buy it?

The other day in a 30+knot session, i somehow got the "Hero's Wear helmets" song in my head - wierdest s#&t ever - hadnt heard it for about 15yrs???!!!
I have found a solution to this problem though! my brother bought me a waterproof strap/case and head/phones for my ipod for chrissy - just crank up what ever song/album you want and go for a sail - nothing psyches you up more than your favourite tunes playing while you fang across the water!!!
And remember - HEROES WEAR HELMETS!!!!!!! :)

I always like to belt this this one out when blasting.
I've had this one in my head quite a few times.One particular session at Margies on a big day is still clear in my mind every time i hear it.
