Its a KA harness though.

I've got a mate in Denmark, last year I taught him how to windsurf and he was pretty good at it.

with a slope like that I wouldn't have thought you'd need a sail to get going...

pft...

Sorry if it offended you, I just thought it funny that I was wearing a KA product in snowy Denmark. If you have a problem with that I apologize, I did not know that one would get labelled a troll here so easily...

Hi Malloy,

From looking at the map of world Denmark looks like quite a small country compared to somewhere like Australia or Tasmania . I have a mate there called Ole. We in Australia called in Ole but its meant to be pronunced oohley.

As said before I taught him to windsurf when he was out he last year. He was pretty good at it, tacking and sailing back and forth after a few pointers. He had never sailed or windsurfed before. You should say hello to him as he probably doesn't live too far away.

In a recent email he said its been quite cold there and he hopes global warming is true.

BTW I don't think you live under a bridge.

It is quite small a country for sure, 5.5mil people but ALOT of coastline and quite windy too.

Where does Ole live, if he's from the Copenhagen area then he should get ahold of me as I'm involved in my local windsurf club located real close to the center of Copenhagen in a fairly safe and windy spot.

Anywho.. I wish that the damn snow and ice would just go away so I could get the real gear in the water... :)

He used to live in Copenhagen but he moved out to a town on an island about an hour out of town. I'll get in touch with him. It would be great if he tried out windsurfing over there.

I'll PM you when I find out.

Denmark doesn't have any mountains according to my friend. Its only got a few sandhills.

So thats why you need a sail on your snowboard.

It's flat flat flat!

This year has been real wierd, I usually windsurf all year round, but this is the first time in years that the frost has had such a hold on us here. Usually I'm windsurfing around in snowstorms this time of year :)

Btw, the board is inspired by one of these...

Impact resistance, but also as a flotation device as I'm actually on a frozen lake with snow on the top. I bring ice picks(?) too just in case, safety first :)

The board handles snow but really kicks ass on ice.
