This is what I do on the windless days to entertain myself.
This SUP stuff is just too much work




And this is why it is called the Jesus bolt (attaches the head - read important flying bits) to the Heli because the first thing normally yelled when it lets go is Jesus Christ....

Lucky it went straight up, and not horizontally towards the pilot

with his reaction time, it would have been decapitation time

Those things are impossible to fly as they dont seem to have any inherent stability. Their first inclination is to roll over and hit the ground and then throw bits at you.

nice to see someone else is into it too, but i haven't flown mine in nearly 2 years

i remember seeing this real one on the telly when it was on the news many moons back

Alas, couldn't find the funny helicopter crash I was thinking of, only horrific ones.
