Heard from a couple of people that Windsurf UK is now unavailable at their local newsagent.
The days of the ol magazine are definetly in decline due to the popularity of the intramanet.
For those who may not have been able to get their hands on it, (Jaegers dad included) heres the front cover of the March issue.
John Carter took the shot in Margarets after Lano earlier this year.
Good to see an Aussie on the cover.

I love that shot

In the latest edition (April) there are some more of John's shots of Jaeger (and Scotty) smashing some lips in WA....of particular interest is the board Jaeger is riding (p 25 and 28) - the retro looking Keel Quad his dad shaped with the big a$$ swallow tail. Looks like the same one he is riding on this cover shot.

Anyway......My local newsy stopped stocking windsurf mags a decade ago, so as a Chrissy pressie every year I get another subscription - arrives straight to my door in plastic cover, probably before the newsy would get it anyway, cheaper than the newsey, and nobody else has been pawing through it.

Ben, please let Mark know I have a copy of the March edition laying around my house somewhere, if he wants it he is welcome to it, along with April with the other pics, I have finished with them and would be happy to make sure dad gets his copy of the young fella shining if he missed out.....PM me if so. Cheers.

All sorted Adam.
I get the same xmas pressie mate so Mark has my copy.
Well spotted on the Keel quad, Jaeger is ripping on these things and Marks getting a lot of positive feedback on them.

Good on ya Ben! Another Good Samaritan

I have been in touch briefly with Mark about getting a Keel Quad. My naturopath has changed my diet after some allergy testing, and the result has been some weight loss (8kg loss without extra exercise - hows that?!!), so I am waiting for the weight to bottom out to a natural fighting weight (hopefully around 82-84kg - down from 94 mind you) , then I will start talking dimensions. Didn't want to order it too early into the new diet and go too big.

The K.Quads look like they would be perfect for East Coast wavesailing, with the rounder nose/plane shape and wider tail. Looking fwd to mine!
