93Lt Quad + 5.7m
Consistently close to 20knots and cross shore wind will get me on a 5.3m.
For the east cost I have stopped bothering to own any gear smaller than this.

84kg JP Super Sport Pro 118 + KA Koyote 7.4
at 74kg, If looks like it will stay over 15knots 5.6 and 100L freestyle.
if there is wave to ride 84 and 5.6, or 5.0 depending if it offshore on onshore.
if its 10 to 20 with half the time under 15, I will hope on my formula, or my new to me slalom board with a 11 or 9, but the average has to about 15knots otherwise that setup is beyond me.
I am surprised how accurate is everybody with wind speed measurements.
I could only relay on SB graphs and according to this: 80kg;
when I don't expect more then 25ktn in gust I will stay with my RAM 8.0m2 and 130L Fanatic X-ray 44cm fin when below 20 ktn,
and switch to 110L Naish Supercross, 32 cm when 20 to 25 with same sail.
Above 25ktn I reach for my 5.7 m and JP92 or Naish 84L .
Possibly I need to use anemometer more often as this numbers seems to be extreme in comparison to all above even if I prefer always sail is slightly overpower conditions.
I have a buoy on my lake with wind data logging which I always check after a session.
Here's a pic of my setup in the upper limit of conditions. I think it was gusting to mid-20s that day.
