All it needs is a few extra crew members and cannons

Huge bending moment on that board

The skipper has his back foot in the opposite strap to counteract the kiter's edging

Nice to meet you too. Hopefully we'll have a sail together. Today was a resting day for me since I have a few holes in my feet and hands...so I had the good idea to go windskating at night and add some gravels in it

I'd call it having a laugh with mates but maybe I'm missing something?!

I agree with Mr Kirk.

A mate & I built a tandem windsurfer in 1988 and the fun we have had on it has been unbelievable (not sure about the kit thing though)! Those on Sydney's northern beaches may recall seeing the red "Majk Bajk" around on Lake Dangerous from time to time in those honking westerlies. In fact it was only a couple of years ago that Gooey and I had it out in 30k much to the amusement of other sailors and by-standers alike. The only thing I can say is "timing is eveything!!"

IMO - any time on the water is a good time and if you can share the stoke, so much the better.

P.S. The board is still going now albiet it little tired and in need of some repairs.
