Thank you Windwanderes for a great week.
Also thanks to all the competitors for coming to Burrum Heads and spending up big. The town needed you, especially after the tornado in January.
What a great lot of photos and video coming through already, cant wait to see some more.
We had a fantastic time this year and it was nice to be on a 63 litre board and 5.0 or 5.8m sail for 5 days straight!
Thanks Justin for organising such a wonderful event, I was pleased to be able to help out this year and as Justin said it is EVERYONE that comes along that makes for such a great event. Thanks again to all those that made it this year and to all our Windwanderer Sunshine and Fraser Coast members for supporting the club throughout the rest of the year.
Cheers
Kellie

As a newcomer to GPS windsurfing I would like to thank the best organizers on land and sea, the best sailors on the water and the best friends ever. WHAT AN EVENT!
Looking forward to next year and winning another video…or something more?
The photos and video are fantastic, as Kellie said can't wait to see more!

some more photos....
ok, yes more photos with vando in them.... he deserves it, he's won the comp so many times we are thinking of getting his name on the trophy..... he's consistenty at the top.....
Great to see all the regulars having a great time. Will have to see if I can get a leave pass for 2014.
wow. that is an awesome angle. i love wide angle stuff. well done.
i keep thinking, if that's your stills your video must be mind blowing.
no worries,
i have no clue on video....
the ones i've done in the past i have used the auto feature in windows movie maker. press the button kind of stuff. found that if i slice up the vids before i "press the button" and only have the exciting parts it does a pretty decent job and syncs it to the music.
problem is it kills the resolution.
i've got a go pro 2 hd here that i hadn't even opened for 5 months.... it was a gift. it came with software????
if you want any help let me know. last year we had helicopters, pros and everything associated and i don't have a single clip.
this year we had one man, one board, one sail and it's awesome.

Ok a bit late but I struggled with this, too much same same so I had trouble knocking up something interesting, also it's a bit long but maybe you'll see yourself
There's a bit of fog at the beginning and end, bl**dy GoPro but my fault no prep
Now there's a language warning, a few f**k's were yelled by a cranky old man, sorry if I yelled at you, I had a couple of nervous moments Because I'm half blind I honestly don't know who coped it
Great vid Bob, although I had to put my hands over my ears as I am not used to all that f...ing swearing.
Nice vid Bob but what was that second song all about again?.......something about a cunning linguist and his tongue
I thought " F### O## " were lyrics to the song.
I think you are going to have to yell louder I don't think anyone heard you.
**** me, great ****ing vid Bob, loved the ****ing commentary.
Had a great time up there, great photos everyone, see you all again next year.
Haha think half the fleet was going the wrong side.
Nice Vid Bob glad you didn't catch the part where you passed me
coupla more water shots.
last photo was firiebob struggling to pass me with his heart monitor on his arm!
