Too individual.... having to put up a team would be harder than going fast....

Any chance of a New Cal team joining the challenge? Come on Sean get your mates to form a team a show us just how good the waters of New Caledonia are for speed sailing - you never know it may just end up being another sailing mecca for us diehard speedsters.

Happy Birthday, I still remember the first day at Victoria point in May 07 not knowing all of Team SEQ guys and having no cammed sails lol. How things have changed, the windsurfing shops must of done well from it. Made a lot of good friends and learnt alot especially about going broad and not being afraid to go into gybes at over 30kts. Long may it continue.

I can count on my ambassador Wine man !! Too bad when he was here the tide wasn't right to go to "ilot maitre" our mecca as you say...

I might buy a cheap wrist gps and check my speed first before attempting to form a team..

Is there a price for the most time/and or km spent on the water ? cause I would win !!!

Hey Nebbs, Gestalt is still here not posting anymore still organizing Burrum windfest. I think the day we were sailing was when Haircut was filming and a kite and windsurfer came together, he must have the film somewhere on seabreeze.

Here's an early snapshot of the site in June 2007. You'll need to copy and past the whole link, it looks like two separate links...

Great snapshot Mike!
particularly as all the data & tabs work too.

From 20 local (Australian) teams, which we all thought was fantastic,

to 64 local & international teams
