Mast and boom speed cam

These cams really show what's happening to your rig. Boom flexes way too much and so does head of sail....

I think the the head of the sail is doing what it is supposed to
The boom is quite soft even with that a small sail.
It's not carbon is it ?

its a 160-210 X9 with a 7.0 Overdrive sail. Need to get a 180-230 100% race boom so I don't need so much extension I reckon. That should stiffen things up. If the booms is not flexing up so much the head of the sail won't flap so much, will it?
