my GT31 is up to date, latest mtbest version

but when i upload SBP file via KA72
in KA72 score list i got message

User Name: unknown
Device: Navilink.Unknown

so my name, device name and firmware
is it possible that latest mtbest fiemware is not recognized but ka72
or i do some other mistake - PLEEEASE HELP ME
I'm taking a look at one of your files.
Can you try submitting a SBN file instead of SBP file? Just for a test?

OK, that's weird. Your file header actually says "unknown" for your user name and serial number. Seems like your firmware is behaving oddly. I haven't seen any others behaving like this. Could you try reinstalling your firmware? I haven't seen a GT completely dump the serial no like that.

I just figured out
I allways do like that:
Open GPS results and download trakspoints from gps
There software save SBN to hdd
When I upload this to KA72 all is unknown
(no serial, no name, no firmware)
But I tried today this: Open navilinkII, connect to gt31
(There is all device info there, and dload data logger)
When Navilink create SBN, and when I upload this to KA72
Here is a result:
So I think GPS result don't read device header info
or something...
