These were taken at high tide this morning. Some pretty good waves coming through out the back. No one out yet but I'll been down there after a bit of work

Just watching 10 news and there in all his windsurfing glory was Dave Frame. Well done Dave and a nice gybe too.

Too west and gusty to sail Makaha/white rock. A couple tried, johnathon on his new Naish Chopper and myself. If you could have been dropped 100 m out to sea from the kick it might have been doable!

Thanks for the photos robbo1111.

Late afternoon, there where a few guys out at Dolls point riding those waves and flipping over them it was great to watch and a rare event.

In fact all over the bay there where a few sailor's out and about some at Sandringham and down at the ramp. Well done to all of you who where out in extraordinary conditions.

Kind Regards
Walt

These were taken about midday, I had about 1.5 hrs of pretty good sailing on a 4.7.
Thanks to Lucio for the photos

thanks for the photos Robbo.

Great to see the extremes of nature. Nine news had some shots of surf at Balmoral which was head high, pretty amazing since the swell was so south.

I was time limited but at least got to sail in the Harbour. There were some surfers at Fairlight pool but it was better suited to SUP or a ski. On coastalwatch a guy was filmed catching a massive barrel at Deadman's which is around from Bower, he made it. Incredible.
