surf was mental, makaha looked do able from a distance till I saw this and then realised how big it actually was!!!





+20ft!

Searched high and low for a spot to go out in north sydney, in the end chickened out from any open beaches and hit sandy point in pittwater, 17kts flat water...

No chance thanks to work! Did get a classic SUP on Long Bombie Saturday morning, still some size about!

nope, took them about 25mins to pick off a wave.... wasn't gonna hang around to find out who it was and got a sail instead

Possibly Matt Grainger and his partner, Longy boardriders..
Owns and runs Manly Surf school and is usually out there towing when its big.

there were 2 out there when I was shooting, and as I arrived, 2 jetski's were heading in, along with one guy filming....

He shore did score that day....
