Last day of Winter and it looks like we will have a nice Seabreeze this afternoon.

It's 8:30 am and the wind is already gone NE at about 5 knts. It's a clear sky with temperatures set to go as high as 24 degrees.

My prediction is that we will see about 20 to 25 knts here in Gerroa this afternoon.

Waves are very small at about 2 foot from the SE and the charts show that the swell will drop a little this afternoon. Depending on the strength of the NEer we might see some more wave action at the Heads this afternoon.

10 am Update:
Wind has picked up a bit and Seabreeze has reached the Heads. Had a quick look at the beach and there are the odd 2 foot waves breaking... took a few quick snaps as well:

Here a photo of Gerroa Main break taken at 8 am:

Just rode home here in the gong....into a 25kt NE headwind. Almost considered sailing, broken finger and all...can't. take. much. more!

Waves look nice down there stehsegler, didn't see it this morning here but currently it's not that big; NE'r might have chopped it down a bit.

I've had such a long, windsurfing free winter.

So sweet to catch my first NE of the season. Petty there wasn't much swell.
