Windsurfing is a good way to lose 100kg's, but combine that with doing the walk of shame in the same session like this guy .. sailing time 1 hour/ walking 45min
Don't want to name him on fear of being bashed to death by Nacho...oops

what a shame spending about five years wurth of gym membership on walking equipment!!!!!!! maybe he needs to try a SUPERSPORT!!!!!!!!
