Event 2 is on this weekend! Windang has world class banks at the moment and with the forecasted 12-15 knots, it could be on for both days! No excuses for not coming as the beer is always cold!!

Bring your sups as the waves are perfect for a few waves whilst waiting for the wind.

The tides are favourable and the right hander will be peeling nicely mid afternoon both days. Sign in will be in the windang car park from 10-11 on Saturday. Sign in early online to get double the chance of winning the goodies including a carbon boom. Go to www.nswwavesailing.org.

Saturday night will be at the windang surf club for dinner, drinks and prize giving.

Come along and enjoy the weekend. It's going to go off.

Also, on Sunday morning there is our local annual camp quality convoy which is awesome for kids and adults to see. There will be close to 1000 motorbikes and 1000 trucks driving along windang road and over windang bridge. So a short walk to the main road from the caravan park and watch the awesome spectacle. Windang pub is doing egg/bacon and sausage sangas.

It is unreal to witness, I've watched the last 2, amazing community atmosphere.

So then - was the event concluded today Saturday - or is it continuing tomorrow?
That is - will performances tomorrow also be judged or is Sunday just for fun, if the wind cooperates?
I'd like to know tonight so I can prep for an early drive tomorrow (and put the beers back in the fridge).
Thank you.
