It's on!!! The bayside committee have decided that there is a chance that the seabreeze may reach the required wind limit to get some racing.

Longboard/ Course racing from 1pm & slalom ( wind permitting ) @ 3pm.

Sausage sizzle @ 1pm.

Simon has offered to bring some longboards down so if wind does not develop enough for slalom we will run some short corse longboard racing. Plenty of fun to be had along with a few laughs.

Venue Wynnum.

"Longboard"? What happened to "course"?

EDIT: That's better, I'll stop sulking now

Awesome first race, was glad I had bug kit to start with but could have done with a downsize for the last two, the 8.8 was well powered. Thanks to the organizers, Leo for the boat and his sister and Mikey for doing the starts.

Great day, oh and we will need to review that DNS, surely it was well within the 20 second tolerance on the timing equipment.

Best sail I have had on my big gear for a long time. Would have been even better if I had been able to point up high enough to reach the boat end buoy.

Wooo Hooo, love that new breakup of open A and B. Had no idea I got a 1st though, might have to divide up all the old rashies and see if we can get a colour scheme going again so we know who is who.

Damn you Tribey on that countback result, can't I at least place once in my life!!!!

Well done to all the place getters, especially Timbo, smokin.
