I heard that same squeaking sound coming out of scottys room each night we were on Maui. 
Yer dont know what to do about that need to experiment, maybe padding.

Man, am so hanging for a port tack blast, will try and get to Perth this year, the guys rave about it also and that is all port tack. Was in Kalgoorlie the other day and the wind there was relentless.
