Breeze pumped in hard most of the afternoon. Had to resort to my 5.7 and 86 litre Freewave board.

Kiters are only really a problem when you overtake them and you then realise they are now downwind of you and heading your way when you've run out of room to gybe.

Should have been at Currumbin on a 5 with a wave board, but I haven't leant to trust the wind down here yet, so I put up a 6.2.

Yeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaa !! Great sail though, just got my arms yanked out a few times and fell off a lot of gybes cos I was a tad over-powered. Just a tad !!
Might get around to dusting off my old wave-board after all.

hahaha! oh those were the days.

you are so close though. then one day you will do the same thing and find yourself sliding backward at a million miles an hour.
