hmmm missed out on a good sail because of waiting for the bloody SE to come through went down to welllo 3pm rigged got one run then it died

VP was 12-18 knots from 3.30 onwards then picked up later to 20 or so.

Man that looks like a tornado. We only got a little bit of rain and lightning here at Camp hill.
But hey it was a great arvo to watch red bull storm chase on my laptop
I'm pumped for tomorrow now might even give a forward a go.

the guys at lota were motoring on saturday

i'm starting 9 day fortnights very soon so i get an extra day on the water now.

That was crazy lightning. As I left Train there was a huge flash to the west and the radio station went out. Tense moments driving home as I though hail was about to hit and the board was on the roof .

At home there was five minutes where the house was shaking every 10 seconds.

and did you have the afternoon off from track work at Eagle Farm (i.e. how much do you weigh)

We were at manly and it was up and down a bit. I'm 73Kg and had my last ever day at school today so i will hopefully be sailing all of this week.
The thing is my 76L is a JP real world wave 56.5 wide and it gets planing really early for me. Great wave and medium to high wind bay board.
