These look like great sails, and looks like it is set real nice too Justin, no many wrinkles there for a newbie sail

Having taken a look at the avanti website, the Fenix looks very 'Vandal-esk', with the designer Dan Kaesler coming from Gaastra and Vandal.
And I don't how happy Gaastra would be with him naming the freestyle sail the 'Echo ME' (after the groundbreaking freestyle he worked with at Gaastra).
Anyhow, they look like good sails, and it will be interesting to see how effective the 'membrane' technology is.

From what I've read , Vandal was Kaseler's child. He was not happy to loose it when he left Gaastra.. (according to what I have read..if you can trust what is on the internet)

What he not so eloquently means, is that for a newly rigged sail it has very few wrinkles. Sometimes straight out of the bag sails rig with a few wrinkles till the seams stretch in.

zero wrinkles in the sail. Some of this maybe because of the material used? It is nothing like monofilm. Hard to explain, but it is softer, yet stronger....
Anyway, all good...
