Geoff
Nice quality photos with the new camera.
Pictures don't do the day justice though - it was one of the bigger days for a few years with some 3/4 to mast high big rollers way out the back. Unfortunately I got pummeled by a big set first run out in the impact zone with no wind but after that had some great waves.
It was almost as big on the Friday afternoon and got some nice waves in 20-25 knots cross shore.
Two big Middleton days in December - the gods must be smiling!
Hi Guy`s
Would luv to add some photos from Thumping Boggy Saturday,
but no camera can catch objects moving that fast
only the aftermath....
great shots mate, plenty of fun on those shapely waves. sailed that spot and seen it that perfect rarely but when theres a decent pulse it is sooo nice.
got my equivellent to day st. in browns on fri and sat with cross, cross off at 4'+
4.5 overpowered 60% of the time.
shame you couldnt get down TAA, many a wave down here with your name on them another time i hope
Hope to get Middleton like that next time up that way.
Got to have surgery on my back. Cancelled trip to Esperance. Can't sail for possibly 6 - 12 months. Not so good. Brand new twins go into the mothballs.
Will work on the camera skills for a while....
Band news about the back Geoff.
Sure you'll be back on the twinnies in no time - you'll keep everyone happy if you keep reeling of the piccies I,m sure.
