Just glad he was OK and doing the local council a favour by inspecting the street lights to see if they are still working!!
usually you would use a sissor lift to change globes. this guy obviously thought it was easier this way!! wonder how he got down?
Maybe a few of you guys are jumping to conclusions. I dont think many people kite with running shoes on. I would suggest that perhaps this bloke has climbed up there to recover the kite. take a closer look.
