young Kirk (12 years old) was fanging around late Sunday out the spit on his wave gear. chucked the gps on him for a few runs and he was fanging down wind just going for it,

well done young fella with some great speeds.

yeah i couldn't wipe the grin off my face either!!!!

I watched him for 3 hrs until we had to shoot off to the presos.

Next time he wants put the 5.3 on with the speed board and crack the 30knots so yeah i guess he hooked.

Cheers again Jimbob for the loan of the GPS.

I can't believe he traveled 6.58km in that short time he must done a fair few km over the 3hrs.

imagine how fast he could have gone if he had a neilpryde 4.8FLY2 and a quad!!! would have cracked 30 knots easy! well done young fella you were ripping!! even made gemma want to enter the "stinky lake"!

I reckon thats me in the background trying to keep my fin off the bottom of the lake in one of those photos, im sure he went cruising past me about 20 times
