It's all go for Australia Day long weekend,
Onboard, Severne & Flying Objects have a come up with sponsorship/prizes for the random draw.
As mentioned in previous thread the main days will be Sat 25th & Sun 26th, but many will make a week of it. If forecast looks good Ben Severne & XXXXX might come across , which is always a highlight.
Elliston caravan park ph 86879061 (there's 2 parks in Elliston).
About a week out I'll ask for an indication of numbers for evening meal catering purposes.
Any queries call me 0427183317

Great day yesterday at Walkers [no photo too busy sailing] Bombie and beach break were firing with 25 to 32 knots SE and logo 3m to 4 m swell.
Heading back up today simular conditions today. Busy finishing some demo Hot Rod 83 and 93 quads for the WCWC.

It's a bit of a tough one russ. Sat looks to be the most promising day at this stage.
For those coming over we'll have a bbq in the shed again for a couple of nights, it would be Sat night &/or Fri, Sun.And bacon egg breakfast somewhere along the line. If the adults could put in $20 total for both nights to cover food it would be much appreciated. Any left over funds could be turned into beverages.
Could everyone coming let me know here , pm or phone 0427183317 over next couple days ( zac can do a tuna budget )
Safe travels , seeya when you get here

Fredo reckons flatties will be on big time sat pm
Late tide so early sail walkers then head down coast mid late arvo
Fredo reckons should be similar or bigger to day when he got those epic shots
Including Karl's epic off lip into oblivion. Ben back looping etc
He's coming up the coast sat with his lenses
Check his salt eyre web site

Worth a trip Ben, Jameses I reckon.

Quick update. Conditions didn't turn out ideal. Friday very windy but no swell, Sat sailable wind at walkers for a couple hours still no swell.
Sat night under the tin roof we had the prize draw, Zac won a Rip Curl E bomb wetsuit donated by Onboard (onya Pete), Severne goodies were divied up to the rest of the crew.
After the bbq drinks were flowing well & by 2am some of the stayers were quite overpowered. Unlike this morning with the late nighters just glugging around.
thanks to everyone who made the effort & came over, Was a great weekend .

We had a glorious weekend of fun in the sun and water initiating us into the west coast classic secret. Thanks to everyone for the very convivial atmosphere, BBQ's and beers We are coming for a week next year to challenge the wind. We can't wait to try it again with a bigger dose of sailing. Thanks to sponsors for the severne board shorts and shirt.
