Thumbs Up

Sailed Bell Buoy yesterday with Jason. We were hoping for a repeat of the conditions from the previous week but it didn't happen. The swell was much smaller and messier, the wind was all over the place but mostly quite light and it was so so COLD, super cold, chilly......well it probably wasn't that bad but I was wearing 2mm of neoprene and that wasn't anywhere near enough.

We sailed for about 45 minutes in gusty light conditions wondering where the forecast 30 kt was, I got out of the water for a while to warm up and then the wind started to fill in. It stayed strong for about 30 to 40 minutes and was quite cross off, then the swell began to disappear and the wind eased. The photos were taken towards the end as the swell was backing off.
