I missed the session at Bell Buoy on Sunday. From the photos Greeny sent to me it looks pretty windy (Greeny is on a 4m) and pretty cold ( no suprises there).

Once a month or more depending on the circumstances. So not regularly

Hey Grevil.
Yes W /SW is perfect. Cross, Cross off. Should be some swell by Sunday also.
Be good to catch up. I'm one of the original crew (along with Planet Al) who has been sailing Bell Buoy before any houses were build there and the road in was gravel. Be good to add another wave sailer to our small posse!!

Might just have to dust the cobwebs of a wave board and head up for a drive. Its a pitty Houston has given up windsurfing or he might have been keen

Houston is right, wavesailing is so last year. I have sold my quad and bought a slalom board its all speed sailing for me from now on. 30 knots here I come.

Al, you should come to Port Sorell Sunday for a practice session....

This feels odd, I feel like a kiter posting in a windsurfing forum

And all those years Al I thought it wave wave sailing you were doing!
Don't worry, i'll bring some balloons to set up a slalom course for you next time at Bell Buoy. You'll feel right at home on your new purchase

Be careful Al on the new slalom gear we don't want you to break one of your nice nails

Hey Felix.
Can you sail Monday?
Looks off the show for a sail at BB.
Sunday looks like Greens perhaps, unless it turns more to the west.
Sat could also be ok

Nothing wrong with taking pride in your appearance. Do speed sailors wax their legs? (so much to learn.)

FS, No probs
Think Sunday will be the go, but will keep an eye on Sat.
Will sail Greens if the wind stays NW most of the day, otherwise BB.

Cheers mate

Hello Lanky one, nice to see you are still around. I was up at Lagoons Beach last weekend and will give this weekend a miss. Maybe something closer to home. Any chance of another visit this Summer? Jason should be around a bit more if he finally gets his place finished. He found a good wave sail at Peron Sands which sounded real interesing.

Yeah well I'm now a grandad with no brownie points so might have to skip this weekend up north.
Been away for work for two weeks, flew into hobart last friday, kissed my grandaughter on the head, jumped straight back on the plane and spent the week skiing at Hotham.
The great news is I'm still married....just
