Well done Steve fantastic fun and not bad to see 17 sailors on a crappy forecast.

It's great to celebrate the winners of an event like, this but it's not all about winning..............spare a thought for Russ and Buzzy who bravely battled home in the blustering conditions.........ha ha who gives a sh.t about them, if they can't get their technique right they should have stayed at home and played in the bath
.........oh and Russ did you notice me quietly slip past you on my way home

I love the Dash it's sooo much fun whatever the conditions There I was after 50 minutes of drifting I can see a mate keeping a vigil look out, making sure everyone makes it home. Then as I get closer I reaslise it's our president what leadership, he comes down to the shore and has a few coaching words, "Russ I absolutely flogged you this year"

Well Done Steve for another fantastic event. Big thankyou to the sandy bay regatta association those pies and beers were the best....

Cheers Russ

So much fun. It's good how we have different conditions each race which brings on different placings each year. Nothings better than a pie at the end after all the slogging. Well done to everyone, I think everyone actually made it there & back didnt they?

The proof picture. I've never actually seen the winner finishing the dash for cash for some funny reason
