The red bull shots are so much more action packed and exciting than these but Lord Howe has to be one of the most beautiful places to have a warm weather escape from wild Tassie weather and a winter sail.

I am so jealous. When I went I was so surprised that such a beautiful quiet place, with good sailing conditions can be so close to the mainland and in Winter relatively affordable.

It makes winter seem so much better there.

Tas is thinking about coming to Tassie later in the year. He works for National Parks now and he may be involved in a short project down here.
He is also very busy with his 2 year old daughter. Tim is also well and as always added to the relaxing atmosphere on the island.

Nice pics Gillian. It's good to be reassured that it is possible to windsurf in warm water.
I was starting to wonder whether that was just a myth.
