Sorry guys, actually did turn up and watched some slightly offshore action, must have been bad timing.
Probably expecting 20knots straight down the point, better for slalom gear today maybe?.
Went back to dorans and had a reasonable sail, 5.9 to 5.3 weather 10 guys out as well.
well done guys for cracking the river.

I'm in for sailing "The Bay" more often, especially week days after work Dorans was good for 2 sec stuff yesterday, very gusty and you were only sailing in the little triangle area (thank god the tide was high). At least with the Derwent you can get some nice long runs in a NW.

I think too now that a lot of us have bigger slalom gear it makes sailing on the river more fun. Going faster on the river with the bigger kit than we used to on the smaller stuff. Also if the wind drops out at least you can get back.

The uploading system seems to fail if multiple files are selected. Try two to three max at a time. Hope this helps.
