Looking out off Kingston at 6.30am it looks so windy. Massive areas of white out and whirly winds. Cannot get out today unless my boss cancels work because of the strong winds.

If it's slalom boardable I'll be GPSing, but sounds a bit too windy for that, I'll be needing the wave gear, but I'll still wear my GPS.

Looking pretty good for tommorrow also.
I have the day off, hopefully there will be some swell although it has dropped off a bit since yesterday. Will check Clifton cam in the morning.

Droughty Hill reading 70 knots at 10am. I am working at Geilston Bay about 100 mts from the marina. Spray is coming onto the work car that far away. The wind is totally nuts, as windy as I have ever seen it. Very NW here, I have some video footage at around 10am and will try and upload it when I get home. Be safe if anyone try's to sail in that.

Good to hear, I'd nearly forgot you windsurfed
Dorans this arvo for me, pitty about the low tide but should be fun.

Personally I don't think pittwater will be that good. Hobart airport is saying WNW at the moment, it is swinging NW at times. NNW is probably the best direction for there.

Would probably say Dorans on the wave gear Fos

Fos (spell check changed it to GPS, that's weird)
I probably wouldn't go to Pitwater. Might be better going to Dorans with Dave and Kaleb.

Holy crap it's getting even windier. Droughty Hill 74 knots and the airport 50 knots (which I have never seen before).

Be safe guys, I just heard the Bruny Island ferry can't dock for the first time ever, and over 9000 Aurora customers are without power in the south.

Stuck inside, tree's bending over, sun shining - makes me sad

Yep, over 40 hrs of travel and virtually no sleep just home and connecting the trailer to head off to Doran's!
