Yes it on again 12 January

Start 9-9.30am Cremorne Pond.

Bring your boat or fish from a windsurfer or from land

Morgan will be conducting a briefing 9.30 sharp and is READY for ACTION

Last year was soooooo much fun and this year looks to be bigger than ever

Sampson and Hugh are mad keen to give this annual event a real crack this year.

See you all there again with our usual fantastic BBQ after the presentations.

If you have never done this fun day before? come and have a blast. But be warned there are some mad keen fisherpersons in the windsurfing group so bring your A game.

Cheers Russ

Hope you threw it back, those species that live on weed don't taste too good.

Got told, they are catching 900ml flat head on most Saturday mornings in the Cremorne lagoon ,or at least on the 12 of january ,also heard there was $500 Prize for the biggest fish caught on the day, donated by fredrick henry. Good to see real men fishermen agreeing to turn up,come rain, hail , shine or up to the king of barbadosses discrection. Even the western shore boys might turn up--- yes that means you. Anyways ,yibada yibida thas all folks. There will be room for the keen budding fisherman on all boats for shore ,unless beargrills can handle going it alone on any sort of drift wood.we can't let the usual Aman suspect ,win again .Also heard that fishing ledgend rex the man hunt might arrive by hellicopter for moral support. So see you all there on Saturday the 12. 9.30am sharp for the captains fish off.

Please! Would all participants entering from Honeywood drive ensure they drive extremely slowly and make sure you keep the noise down, we are under threat of loosing access to this area if we dont use extreme care and caution.
You should be driving in first gear at walking pace along the track.

I think you mean keep the dust down buzzy. Stop throwing your wild turkey tins in the bushes.

Thanks to Russ and Morgan for organising a great day. Next year I will pay a little more attention to the rules and not go wandering outside the competition fishing zone. Really thought I could catch the big one out in the bay, but alas my 400mm just was not good enough. Love the photo with Morgan and the xxxx gold.

Cracker, I couldn't help put up that photo of you, looks to everyone like you are talking about the big one that got away, those that were there and knew you deliberately broke the rules know you were trying to weasle your way into a trophy, nice try
Captain that would have to be a two season penalty

Two years penalty for a minor infringement - come on guys give me a break. When your only trophy in the last 30 years is the one attached - ye well I may be a little desperate.
