I think anywhere in the park /carlton area would be the go.

I will be heading down to Park\Carlton. Very little swell at Clifton at the moment so hope will build during the day.

A lonely sail at Park yesterday arvo, only a few kiters for company.
Looking good for tomorrow, hopefully the swell stays up.

Damian myself and Herman sailed wild, wild Park. Finished (stuffed) by early afternoon. Others sailed at Dorans. Looking good for another session tomorrow and possible sail at Cliffy this afternoon on sea breeze.

Dorans was full of garbage, sticks, branches, you name it, it was all in there. Glad I had the old Angulo to take out, certainly wasn't going to take the Starboards out. Just went for a paddle around Dorans and it's still all in there..
I' m very keen for a Park/Carlton sail tomorrow.

Yes us kiters went out later in the arvo once the wind settled down. It was about 15-25 kits by then so lots of fun at Park.

See you all there tomorrow!

Sleep in, breakfast, pick up all the stuff blown around the yard, down to the butcher and local shop for weekend supplies, lunch, dig out smallest board and sail from shed (wishing I hadn't sold the even smaller stuff), go to Doran's, rig up, launch, hang on for glory or death. Or something along those lines.

Lunch time on could be the go for Carlton once the wind settles down a bit & the swell picks up.
Might have to dig out the old 3.5 thats been gathering dust for the last 20+ years.

I'm thinking of going to 5 mile (at Pittwater) this morning around 10am. High tide at 11am, so could be some flat water up near the western shore? Can always continue on to Carlton/Park if no good!

Mortimer solid 30-40 knots. No rubbish either. Get a key from council for the gate.

Pretty good sail at Carlton today, with heaps out. Had the GoPro on the end of the boom for the first time to see how it would work. Not very exciting (to watch), but one run in and out to show the perspective:

If the storm bay forecast holds out we should get n/w 15 to 25 in the afternoon, might give carlton a go for clean waveriding if swell up. Try out the new thruster.

Just checked the beach and Graham's spot on, very small at Cliffy - maybe a flat water sail later.

Heading Carlton after lunch , swell could build with the crazy weather we have been getting this season !! 3 hours of steady 40/50 knots w/sw wind and good windswell ramps yesterday at Dorans! Carlton will probably be 3/4 mast and 5m cross off by 5pm
