Well Sunday was an amazing day at the Secret Spot... Great to see so many people out there and scoring so many PB's, and also great to have some of the other crews along as well.
I have to also declare the proud parent moment... with thanks to the guys from IWC and Jerzy's Kids Club, my number 1 son was out there last Sunday after only 8 weeks of windsurfing, holding his own on a 4.0 in 20kn's ! Won't be long before he starts to get PB's better than the old man !
Mrs Fireman Sam took a bucket load of photos, so if you see yourself in the pics below, PM me and I'll get you any other images by email or DVD etc. There is even a couple of time lapse sequence shots of some guys gybing near the beach...
Awesome pics for an awesone day out.
I'm sure everyone who was there loved it. Even though Megs was stuck onshore all day she had a great time. It turned into a real family day out.
25PB's in one session for the IWC Southerly Busters!! What an effort.
Notice how many people are now wearing helmets?
Great pics!!!! Nice work!
Was an AWESOME DAY!!!!
Life is good
PS - Peter (aka Pedro), thanks for the boom tip.... made it heaps easier bring it down. And Dan going to really try those gybes sheeting in and pulling it right back - couldn't believe how quick it turned when I gave it a shot.
BTW - Did anyone pick up my old, rusty faded green canvas fold out chair on Sunday. I left it at Area 45
Hi Doug, Yep I have your fold up chair, (or should I say compact instant throne?). You shall be re-united with it on Thursday!
