Interesting to see how the forecast changes from the first post to now. Gee, there's still another 4 days in which it can change again.
Do I see some SE'erlies here?

It sure ain't lookin' blowy at Ricketts South right now. Time for a coffee and check back in an hour or so... C'mon Huey, ya fickle b'stard!
I got out at Parkdale this arvo. It was fairly easterly, so lots of lulls, but the further out you went the cleaner and stronger it got. Took out the Starboard Futura and had a 6.6 up. Had a real blast.
You've been underwater for six months in a metal coffin full of men. You get shore leave... There is a certain desperation about your behaviour.
Oh - you were being literal. OK then.
Hope the wind gets up for you today.
I had a blast yesterday. Got some really sweet speed up, flat water and some gusts up to 20kts make for good fun with a 6.6 up and a quick board. Disappointed I didn't have the GPS on to see how fast.
Had to avoid a yacht race though, very inconveniently placed right between my sailing line and the beach.
