You could always make up some little key ring style sails like you used to get when you bought an ezzy sail.

Sadly my last one is still attached to the key to the Sponge that was sold a while back

they are all hand made by Ben - thats why they feel a little bit magic. And the local coffee shop does very well.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I guess having the computer thingymagic cutter machine helps. I wonder though if he gets the sail bags done in China. Surely he has to sleep at some point.

the sails will be about A4 paper size.

I will send some mono film and a bit of mylar and some tape etc...

you'll have to put shape in them etc, something the little ezzy's dont have.

Have added batten pockets.

Sewn on luff tube, done a double clew ring just so theres one that might work.

TTTtttaaaaaaaddddddaaaaaa.....

Finished at last.

Depth wise it sets quite flat with a bit of rotation but lifts off the mast when theres wind in it...

Possibly a bit too much negative seam shaping in the three head seams as it twists a fair bit but seams again to tighten but I'll have to use it first to see if its too loose up there...

Quite a good little project I recon.

Possibly would set better on an RDM 400 mast rather than an old X3 pryde mast.

Not putting any other lofts stickers on it.

Actually, if anyone has a logo idea then I will put this on.....

I was thinking of a red kangeroo.......

red kangaroo should be ok, the company using that logo probably won't be needing it in the future if things keep going as they are. you might pick up the rights to it real cheap.

As you refer to everyone as 'Gaylord'.... how about the name Gaylord Sails .......

good effort.

Shape is a little out but good try.

Try making the curve and sticking it all the way across as theres a flat spot on the luff edge and a little more negative on the top batten join.

Its harder than it looks specially on a little sail.....
