I was there in 1992 as well. Used up my 90 day visa June, July, August.

Had a red Ford Fiesta, smallest car on the north shore.

And a 8'2" squash tail from Island Unique. Red bottom, yellow deck and black rails.

Bought a quiver of Hot Sails Maui all mono film sails with stitched in dacron grid for strength, don't recall the name. Cutting edge back then though.

Argh the memories. Don't remember seeing you though. Sailed Camp 1 lots, as well as Lanes and Ho'okipa.

Ate at the $5 all you can eat buffet in some resort on the south shore once a week. Pretty well got me through the whole week.

Mmm, I might be somebody else.

I recall asking Jenna De Rosnay for 'lessons', but some big bloke chased me down the beach waving his fist.

Hey, that wasn't you was it ? did you hang with Jenna ? She sailed Sprecks lots as well, - she had a bright pink assymetric, 7'6 on the long side. I was young and very impressed with the shape

Cool picks Al, when are you going to get Cam out at Hookipa?

So glad I got to sail it once in 1999 as the next year I went to Maui I was pregnant so only sailed Kanaha and Kihei.

My non windsurfing work friend is heading to Maui on monday for a week I am so jealous and now have to work fulltime next week so bet we will get some wind
