Now those mad kiters just attach a windsurfer to their lines straight away, rather than trying to collect one in the break?

Nice photos Marco especially the one of Beerpig caugth in the kite lines. That was the longest stalled back loop I have ever seen.

Does anyone know how Bertie ended up?

Whats wrong with that!? How boring would it be after a while if you could only paint in one colour? Horses for courses

The prev comment may have come across a bit harsh lol

I think its interesting the friction dynamic among windsurfers brand wise, I'm not sure its limited to just this forum or WA. It'd be like FCS surfers being skeptical of Futures surfers. I suppose its the same as anything. KTM riders vs Honda vs Yamaha, Holden v Ford. I'd just think the mutual stoke thats generated from sailing would be above all of that.

Eg I'm frothing to try Stone's keelquad or an old Delta single at Gnar. I just don't think it's a good idea to become close minded about other brands boards, particularly with boards when we have such a solid range of local WA and OZ shapers.
