.

Once you have to face it.
You are getting too old for the action on the water.

You didn't hurt your voice with that crash did you.
We all love to see you back at the handicapped and disabled commentary box live stream PWA.
……..At least, .... I do anyway.

It is just me, …there is nobody else who wants that.

Get well soon bro.

Thanks Langy! Tell you what! Next time when training I will make sure to put a long wetsuit on (however hot in gets) - my left leg was well bruised! Finally got a hang of it though! Thanks for all the tips as well! It only took a million attempts but it finally clicked!

Yeah - I said I should have put red nail polish on haha..
Glad you guys enjoyed the diaries! Hope the rest of the season is windy for you and hopefully see you back end of the year!

What ever you do rest that shoulder.
Mine took 12 weeks after surgery and after about 8weeks I started supping and windsurfed on the 12 week at Gnaraloo. Forearms hurt more than the shoulder though

It's tough but the rest is vital otherwise you may have to get it done again.

I sat out 2 weeks at Gnaraloo watching with my arm in a sling so I know what your go through.

It's all good now 6 months after I did it. It still feels funky but the strength is there so that's all that matters.

Good luck with the recovery!
