Looking at the forecast looks like Easterly winds are picking up. Where should I be going for a sail??

love the easterlies, you gotta get them just after the sunrises for max strength. And stronger up near South Perth Yacht Club, dont launch in windshaow of Heathcote, best spot is Majestic point Jetty.

Make sure you're good at sailing upwind to get back!

Hadn't thought of Point Walter...
I might try that tomorrow morning!

Pt Walter is great. A natural wind funnel in a strong easterly. Just watch the rocks along the spit near the launch zone to the left of the jetty. They eat fins and boards, I know.

lake towerinning would have been epic cause the wind comes acrros there at about 40-50 knots

I've wondered about sailing there.
What are the underwater snags like? Fin catchers?
