hey everyone, new to the bunbury area wondering on some good places to sail. I have heard the boat ramp at Australind if it is windy enough. Also looking to buy a second hand board around 120L if you know of any???

Hi JJ yep for flat water Australind is great. When we get the seabreezes it is great fun if you like flatish water. It can get shallow so a weedy is handy. If you want some waves the Cut has cross on waves in the winter fronts and there are some rather average reef breaks to the north of Bunbury. Mandurah and Margret River are only an hr away.

There is a good local crew at Australind. We are always there if it's windy and are always welcoming to any new comers, so say g'day. I'm the one with the white trailer.

Most of up use slalom kit at Australind as we try and go fast

The average seabreezes are in the 15-20knt range so a 7m sail is used alot.[}:)]

Feel free to PM any specific questions.

Cheers Bender
