Looking for people interested in syndicating a 2nd hand yacht. The size, make & model undecided as yet.
As a guide, the group have been looking at Catalina's in the range from 30 to 34 ft.
We're thinking a 1/5th share could be around $20K. Ongoing costs ~$2K to $3K p.a.

Concept:
We're a group of people (3 currently) wanting a small yacht, but don't have the resources to purchase & maintain individually. Also, we're not in a phase of life to be able to use it 52 weeks a year. We figure if we've each got access to a boat for ~10 weeks a year, that we can cruise in & comfortably stay onboard for a couple of nights with ~4 adults, we'd be happy.

The photos in the advert are stock images. However, the group viewed a Catalina 31 (2000) for sale in Sydney in December & generally agreed, this boat would suit the current groups brief. It listed for $110K initially but recently at $89K Negotiable.
