Great condition, suit someone looking to buy new, who wants to save some $$ and go fast.

The Art foils, being so high aspect, are super fast, with heaps of glide and therefore great for down winders or surfing swells.
The 1099, in particular, has accentuated glide due to its span.

I've used it for wing foiling and foil driving and after coming from HPS foils, it felt like someone took the handbrake off.
In winging, the extra glide made transitions (jibes and tacks etc) much easier.

Only selling because I've moved to an even more high aspect wing.
