In reasonable condition and would make the ideal beginner kite or suit anyone on a budget. The Dice offers good safety and is smooth even in gusty conditions. Well used, a few minor repairs and one missing batten (available in store). Bag has a new zip, works fine. Offered kite only, but could add a used bar to suit.
