Christian Marty's story is also interesting as well. He was the pilot of the fated Air France Concorde flight in 2000. What a life.

Given that he had a support boat and was de-rigging nightly to set up his sleeping setup, then rigging again in the morning, this would be highly probable.

On photos it seems he use two boards, one yellow that look like a bit a D2/raceboard and an exocet kona like. Loft oxygen sail ?
