Hi!
Has anyone tried to use IQ mast to Superflyer?
Maybe need to fit with - shims compare to normal Alu mast because the IQ foil give more lift?

I havent tried it, but why not give it a go.
In all honesty, i don't think you'll really experience anything mind blowing. Maybe one might feel stiffer than the other.

I wouldn't think theres any need to shim anything, there's next to nil angle built into the mast, and it has nil effect on lift. That all comes from fuse length and stabilizer shimming

I have always used SB carbon 95 and 110 masts with Supercruiser and Superflyer, plug and play
Only have shim system fuselages, I find definitely notice the difference even changing by 0.5
Hence reluctant to go to new no-shim system

Did I see somewhere in these forums that IQ mast fittings don't align well with non-IQ SB fuselages???

i have sailed the superflyer on my carbon race mast,
the IQ foil will not give more lift ;
i had to slide my mast foot further forward with the superflyer compared to my 900/1000 wings which is surprising considering the race fuselage has the wings positioned further forward compared to superflyer.
