For supfoil paddle ups the quick blade stingray or the new black project foil X paddle..
My weight is 69kg.

And what size @69 kg and @80 kg ?

Hi Marien, we are dealers for the FoilX paddles in AU. For your weight the small blade would be perfect. For example I am 84kg, 6'1 and the Medium works great - heaps of power but you can still keep up a good cadence. And the catch on them is so good, really helpful for power and also once up if you need a few more extra to keep going. Some people that have a slower cadence have gone for a bigger paddle but in most cases bigger is not always better. Just depends on your goals, paddle experience, and gear your riding. Cheers, David
