It's like stepping back in time to the Foildrive Plus, zero added drag under the board.
It's why I didn't order the Gen 2. Still enjoying Gen 1 @ 2 yrs in. Gen 2 Solved the deck problem but introduced more weight and drag underneath. Roll on Gen 3.
I actually think that style of foil mount (basically right to the deck with a foam fairing) is an idea which I'd like to see on unpowered boards.
